• flexible working hours

  We are not a 9-5 agency, As long as the job gets done, we don’t mind what hours you work (within reason, we do like to see you in the office to touch base) If you don’t like to work 9 to 5, and would much rather turn up between 11 to 7, or even 7am to 3pm, then that’s ok with us.

• paid overtime

  We’ve all worked at agencies on salaries where you are expected to go above and beyound your contracted time, and nobody enjoys that. Here at inspira, if there is extra work to be done, and you want to help out, you can expect to be paid for the extra hours you do.

• responsibility

  We don’t want to micro-manage your working day, we trust you to make decisions and get on with what needs to be done. We trust you, pay you well and don’t watch the clock.

• People who say "it's not my problem"
• Buck passers
• Procrastinators

• Half arsed effort
• Meetings without actions

Apart from that, everyone else is welcome. If you love overdelivering, astounding clients and beating deadlines we want to hear from you.
